Terms & Conditions

1. Membership of the FIS Memory Bank card costs $10 and lasts for 12 months from date of purchase of a FIS Memory Bank card, unless terminated earlier for any reason by Fujifilm NZ Limited (Fujifilm) at FujifilmÕs discretion.
2. Only individual residents of New Zealand may be members of the FIS Memory Bank and you must use your full legal name on any application.
3. No refund is available upon cancellation of membership.
4. Your FIS Memory Bank card is issued by and remains the property of Fujifilm. Fujifilm reserves the right, at any time without notice, to terminate the scheme; decline to issue cards; and withdraw or cancel cards, or points, and/or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the FIS Memory Bank programme.
5. If you lose your card, please contact your local FIS store and they will arrange for a replacement. Please note that a $5 charge is applicable for any replacement card.
6. MembersÕ cards, points earned and vouchers earned are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
7. Your card must be presented with every purchase in order for you to earn points and access Memory Bank concessions. Points cannot be earned in relation to a transaction if your card is not presented at that time.
8. Earn 1 point for every $20 spent. Earn 10 points and you will receive a $10 voucher that can only be redeemed at a FIS store for digital photo processing only. This store is the one that you registered for the scheme at.
9. Values or numbers of points able to be earned may change with different promotions.
10. Points may be deducted from your points balance where a transaction is cancelled or a refund occurs.
11. Vouchers earned will be posted directly to the postal address you have provided during registration.
12. Once points have been converted into vouchers and posted, they cannot be reissued.
13. Vouchers may only be used once, and change will not be given.
14. Each voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date printed on that voucher and will not be redeemable after that date.
15. Any tampering or defacing of vouchers will render them invalid.
16. Fujifilm is not liable for: any delay in replacing a card; any loss, theft or damage to any voucher in the course of post or delivery; any stolen, mislaid, lost, destroyed or damaged voucher.

Please check these terms and conditions periodically, as they may be subject to change. Continuing to use your FIS Memory Bank card after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of those changes.
Fujifilm collects and holds personal information in accordance with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1993. Your personal information is collected so that we can provide you with the benefits of having a FIS Memory Bank card. Fujifilm may use your application details, along with details on how you use your FIS Memory Bank card to: send you any vouchers you may be entitled to; understand customers' shopping habits to improve service; unless you indicate otherwise, contact you with special offers, discounts and information about products and services (by mail or email), or research (by telephone), that may be of interest to you.
This information will be shared with companies working on our behalf (such as mailing companies who send out vouchers), but information identifying an individual will never be passed on to a third party for their own use.
